Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of UNEED AI Growth, operated by UNEED Digital. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. You must be legally able to enter a contract and, when acting for an organization, authorized to bind it.

2. Accounts and workspaces

• Provide accurate information, protect login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
• Workspace owners and admins control memberships, integrations, billing, and project data for their organization.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring users you invite follow these Terms.

3. Service and connected accounts

The service provides website intelligence, SEO information, AI-assisted content, reports, integrations, and related workflow tools. You authorize us to access connected services only as needed to provide requested features. You confirm you have permission to analyze each website and process the submitted data.

• Third-party services have their own terms, limits, availability, and privacy practices.
• Search rankings, traffic, visibility, revenue, and business outcomes are not guaranteed.
• AI and automated analysis can be incomplete or inaccurate and require human review.

4. Credits and payment

Credits are prepaid service units, not currency, stored value, or a financial product. The number of credits used by a feature is shown in the service and may change prospectively as provider costs or functionality change. Purchased credits do not expire while the service and your account remain active, but they cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.

• Prices are displayed before checkout and processed by Stripe.
• You authorize the displayed one-time charge and are responsible for applicable taxes, bank fees, and currency conversion.
• Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.

5. Your content and license

You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant UNEED a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that material solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted material.

6. UNEED property

The service, interface, software, branding, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by UNEED or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.

7. Availability and changes

We may update features, credit costs, limits, or integrations and may suspend the service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Material changes that negatively affect existing paid credits will receive reasonable notice where practical.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or harm to the service or others. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, rights that by nature should survive—including payment, ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute provisions—remain effective.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without implied warranties. UNEED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions made from automated output. UNEED's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing terms and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory rights available in your place of residence. Before filing a claim, contact us and allow 30 days to seek an informal resolution. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
