Effective September 18, 2026 · Last updated September 18, 2026

1. Authorized use

Use UNEED AI Growth only for websites, accounts, and data you own or are authorized to access. Follow applicable law, contractual duties, robots and access restrictions, intellectual-property rights, privacy obligations, and the terms of connected providers.

2. Prohibited activity

  • Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, or exploitative activity.
  • Malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, denial-of-service activity, security testing without authorization, or attempts to bypass access controls or rate limits.
  • Scraping, crawling, or analyzing systems without permission, or using the service to violate another site's terms or technical restrictions.
  • Submitting personal data, confidential information, or copyrighted material without a lawful basis or required permission.
  • Generating or distributing content that facilitates violence, sexual exploitation, self-harm, unlawful regulated goods, or other serious harm.
  • Impersonating people or organizations, manipulating reviews or rankings deceptively, or concealing that automated content is used where disclosure is legally required.
  • Reverse engineering, reselling, sublicensing, benchmarking for a competing product, or using automated means to overload the service except through approved interfaces.

3. AI and SEO responsibilities

  • Review AI-generated content and recommendations for accuracy, originality, claims, bias, and legal compliance before use.
  • Do not present automated output as professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.
  • Do not use generated content, links, or SEO tactics for spam, cloaking, deceptive redirects, or other search-engine manipulation that violates provider rules.
  • Maintain human oversight for actions that could materially affect people, accounts, websites, or business decisions.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and limit features, remove content, preserve evidence, suspend access, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the public, or the service. We may report unlawful activity where required by law. When appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct lower-risk violations.

5. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse or security issues to support@uneeddigital.com with relevant URLs, workspace information, and evidence. Do not include passwords, secret keys, or full payment-card details.

Questions or legal notices may be sent to support@uneeddigital.com.
