1. Who we are

UNEED AI Growth is operated by UNEED Digital ("UNEED", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use app.uneeddigital.com, contact support, connect a website, or purchase credits.

2. Data we collect

• Account and workspace data, such as your name, email, company, role, organization membership, and authentication records.
• Website and project data you submit, including URLs, crawl results, SEO metrics, content, competitors, reports, and action items.
• Integration data and authorization tokens for services you choose to connect, including Google Search Console and WordPress.
• Billing records, package selections, credit balances, transaction references, and payment status. Stripe processes card details; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage, device, security, diagnostic, support, and audit information needed to operate and protect the service.

3. How we use data

• Provide authentication, website analysis, AI-assisted features, reporting, support, billing, and credit accounting.
• Secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate incidents, and enforce our terms.
• Improve product quality, reliability, and cost controls using aggregated or de-identified information where practical.
• Send transactional messages such as account confirmation, password reset, purchase receipts, and essential service notices.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

4. Service providers and AI processing

We use vendors that process data on our behalf, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Hostinger for hosting and email, Stripe for payments, OpenAI for AI-assisted generation, DataForSEO for search and SEO data, and Google when you connect Google services. We send each provider only the information reasonably needed for the requested feature.

• Do not submit secrets, special-category personal data, regulated health information, or information you are not authorized to process.
• AI prompts and outputs may be processed by the selected AI provider and can contain errors. Review outputs before publishing or acting on them.
• Connected-service access may be revoked from your UNEED settings or the provider account.

5. Legal bases and your choices

Depending on your location, we process data to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, comply with law, and obtain consent where required. You may opt out of non-essential communications and may disconnect integrations at any time.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep account and project data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for recovery, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Billing, audit, and tax records may be retained longer where required. You may request account deletion; some records may be retained when law or legitimate security needs require it.

7. Security and international transfers

We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted service credentials, tenant isolation, and logging designed to protect data. No system is completely secure. Providers may process data outside your country; where required, we use contractual and organizational safeguards for those transfers.

8. Your privacy rights

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
• Request a portable copy where applicable and complain to your local data-protection authority.
• Authorize an agent to make a request where local law permits it. We may verify identity before completing a request.

9. Cookies and updates

We use essential cookies and similar storage for authentication, security, preferences, and session continuity. We will request consent before using non-essential advertising or analytics cookies where required. We may update this policy and will post the revised date and provide additional notice for material changes.
